In tetris, blocking out is when your blocks go so high you reach the top of the board, hiving you a game over
ex. 1: I keep blocking out before i can get over 10k points

A negative term to describe someone who consumes marijuana where such drug is clearly having a detrimental effect on their being.
Can also be taken as a play on words to say that someone was 'weeded out' (taken out) of a program/job/place etc due to their drug use.
Person 1: Hey I kind of like her, but they're kind of... dull?
Person 2: well duh, she's totally weeded out. Look at her friends, how she talks, real obvious.
The opposite of copying someone in on an email or other electronic communication. Usually sarcastic.

Describes a person, usually possessing a goatee, sun glasses, beret and black and white striped shirt who calls everyone daddy-o or man. Resembles and acts like Maynard G Krebbs of Dobie Gillis fame. Can also be described as a douche bag in many circles. One who doesn't need drugs to act like an asshole. Thinks poetry can cure all the ills of the work world.

Splash out/ Splashout- A term created by African brothers (The music group), means to simply do something well or adding your own spice to something. To splash out/ Splashout means to do things at a high level
Splash out/ Splashout sentences
Ex: Let's say your friend Calvin gets invited to a party, he would say "I'm finna pull up to the party and splash out"
Ex: Or if he was about to have intercourse with a woman he would say "He's about to get in the pussy and splash out" or "splash out in that pussy"
Ex: Let's say Calvin just killed an onstage performance, I would say "he went up there and splashed out"
Ex: Or if Calvin had a nice fit or dressed well I would say "he's splashed out or he's looking splashed out"
