Scenario 7 is a position of the Scenario Switch in the McLaren Formula 1 car which allows Lando Norris to speedrun the last few laps of a race in order to close the gap to a penalised Hamilton in order to achieve a podium.
Jose: "Scenario 7, 2 to go. Hamilton is 6.5 ahead, he also has a 5 second penalty."
Jose: "Lando the gap to Hamilton was 4.8, I think that's a podium mate!"
Lando: "FUCK YEAAAAH BOY! WOOHOOHOO... GG Boys!"

The average amount of time a school day takes, tends to feels more like 10 thousand years, and that number is bolstered by homework.
Once I tried to get a 100 person petition for the school to put a sign right outside of the school that would say
"welcome to hell" so new students would know what they were in for when arriving for the first time.

Heh 7 originated in New York as a slang term for, "Yeah I guess" or "Lol" It can also be shouted out for no apparent reason at all. It is mainly just a random thing you can say.
