"Total Blackout" is a term used in a story format when a person gets to the point where they cannot remember anything after getting drunk, pretty much the highest level of being drunk. before this things like talking in weird accent's or bad attempts at flirting, after this waking up with a women you don't know with a massive headache after a one night stand
person 1 : dude I was so drunk, I think I broke some stuff. Don't remember much though since I went into a total blackout after that
person 2 : what happened after
person 1 : next thing I knew I was in an abandoned meat locker

drinking consistently over hours so that you are not piss ass drunk but you still maintain a steady haze for a long period of time and are in essence losing a day of your life to alcohol.

when one consumes a large amount of alcohol, and proceeds to have sex with a member of the fairfield lacrosse team. Upon awaking, usually naked, the person has no recollection of the alleged sex, until another member of the lacrosse team informs them later in the day. Also, the person who is the lesser of the drunk is later referred to as blackout sex.
