This is when a gay Vietnamese guy named Vu is blowing a guy, and the guy pulls out and face paints Vu to the point that he looks like he is wearing a Man Chu style mustache and beard.
vu was blowing his buddy and right at the end he pulls out and dick slaps Vu in the face rubbing the tip till Vu llhad a trademark Vu Man Chu face paint.
