A slogan used by FOX news in a sarcastic sense, knowing full well that they are neither fair nor balanced, but rather simply a chairleader for the right wing agenda.
Tonight on FOX news, a fair and balanced report on how great George W. Bush is and how simply marvelous it was that we went to war with Iraq.

Example 1:

A Texas-native band whose wide range of talent has made them amazingly unique. They are currently under Serjical Strike Records
Ranging from the melody of Mars Volta to heavy guitar riffs. The singer tops it off with vocals with the high pitch that sounds like Coheed & Cambria to demonic growls similar to that of Job For A Cowboy.
They are also known for giving one of the best live performances available today.

The beastly vocalist of thrash metal band Shadows Fall. Doesn't need very much effort to command a crowd with his voice. Just to hear him say "get those fucking horns up" is enough to make you get those fucking horns up!!!!
And his screaming is so damn awesome you will nut when you hear it.
And those dreads are fucking SWEET!
