The act of scrolling through a social network on one's phone, with loud music of choice playing in the background through a nearby speaker.
An act often performed by a group of multiple people, either in an automobile or basement of a house.
John was 8 mintues late to practice, his daily bump n' scroll in the parking lot took much too long.
"Hey dudes, let's go get high as fuck and bump n' scroll.
When the information you wanna access from a particular webpage is only a little bit further down the page from where you are. This means that it is close enough for you to be bothered enough to scroll down the page and access it quickly. It is therefore said to be 'within scrolling distance'
"I can't see where to type in my email address"
"That's because it's further down the page, but don't worry, it's within scrolling distance"
It is a spin-off of "this is how I roll"
Can be understood as this is how one browses the internet. Some keep a pet nearby, others eat chips!
