The act of striking an unsuspecting male in the groin area. Typically with the striker saying "whomp" or "whomp-whomp" at the same time.
I wasn't paying attention and Bryan whomped me in the balls.
A person will say this to you when they are in awe of your excellence and superiority. When written in lower case, it is an even greater gesture. You are the best.
