The term “that blacks” can be desribed when something supersedes all and there’s nothing better . To do something without giving a fuck. When something is greater than great.

The act of projecting the vernacular of urban black culture by a black person who has never lived this culture. It is as if they learned how to act "black" by reading about it in a book. The term comes from the research of Signithia Fordham, 1996, in here book "Blacked Out".
