He often times fantasizes about bestiality right before he goes to sleep, but is afraid to tell his father face to face, so instead he writes his dad well-detailed letters about his strange obsessive thoughts.

A verbal cc refers to either:
1) adding someone within the body of an email message without actually cc'ing that person's address, usually as a way of calling special attention
2) actually saying "and X person," along with everyone else, to gain similar emphasis

This is when in the middle of an email conversation someone replies AND CC's someone else without the consent of the other party.
I am having an email conversation with Steve regarding Labor Day plans. In the middle of the back and forth he replies to me but Midway CC's Mike about a Fire Island opening. Not cool. I don't want Mike involved or reading my email conversation.
