A head cold named after singer Bill Kaulitz of Tokio Hotel. He and his band held a concert in Portland, Oregon when he had a cold. For two months after, an "unidentified strain" of the common cold spread around the city.
Girl 1: "coughcough"
Girl 2: what's wrong with you?
Girl 1: Bill Kaulitz sang to me at the concert and I caught the Kaulitz cough.
Girl 2: omgomg cough on me!

The hacking loud smokers cough that one gets from smoking Newport's. Sounds sickly and much like one has TB.
Newport smoker: COUGH COUGH COUGH COUGH, THROW UP...
Non Newport smoker: hey man you ok? its sounds like your sick...

When it's necessary to fart in public, one performs the "cammo cough" whereas he/she fakes a cough while passing the fart at simultaneously so as to disquise the sound of the fart. The "cough" must be louder than the fart itself so as be successful.
"I just had to fart in the elevator but I used a "cammo cough" so no one would know a fart just transpired"

When someone serendipitously farts while coughing and the cough masks the sound of the fart.
When someone coughs to hide a fart with devious intent.
As I was laying in bed I coughed and farted at the same time, then I asked my boyfriend what he'd just heard. He said "I just heard you cough." I smiled and told him to take a deep breath and that I just laid a cough fart.
