Diversity Diva

A woman, or someone who identifies as a woman, that achieves a prominent position due to a company's diversity criteria and not her actual ability. This woman then goes and makes a massive diva of herself knowing there is no way for her to be fired.

Alex: What's the story with Grace? She's absolutely useless and a massive bully.
Billy: She's a Diversity Diva; got her job because the company needed more female managers to make quota. No way for her to be thrown out no matter how much of a bitch she makes of herself.

diverse it up

"Diverse it up" is a loose and friendly term meaning to try different things for the sake of change, or even inclusion. Try green salsa! Polka dots, not stripes. Hire the other kid, not your nephew. Vote for someone who does not look like you.

In a surreptitiously recorded conversation in the Abbey Road studio, producer George Martin told the boys they needed to diverse it up, and add some horns to the song, "All You Need Is Love".

diverse

A way of saying that a group of people are cosmetically different while believing in the same values.

Payment Diversity

1. The belief that everyone should have access to a payment method that aligns with their personal values.

2. A global web3 phenomenon.

When you really have to buy a Lamborghini Aventador but only have 1 Cryptopunk NFT, 6 trillion mPesa, and a whole lot of Dogecoin, you need Payment Diversity.
