It is referred to as absolute fucking retarded word that rarely anyone uses and a person would use it to end a conversation leading to the person being hit with the word , to utterly be enraged and wanting to literally stone you to death.

Used when someone does the exact opposite of what you just told them not to do. Often used in alarm when someone does something irrational and doesn't think about their action until afterwords.
