Any proper noun in the english dictionary that has any relevance to one's state of being, no matter the significance. Used to emphasize both the affirmative complimentary or the negative condescending. Can also be used as a verb (creeping) and adjective (creepy) both with similar definitions.

To burgle a house whilst the occupiers are present. This can be when the person is awake and in another room but is also applicable when the person is asleep in the room that is being burgled.
Smack heads often do creeps. As do people who steal high performance cars by creeping the keys.
I needed a fix so I did a creep on someone's house and stole their lap top from the kitchen table.

The act of pulling into a driveway at night, your car angled so your headlights shine in the house, either in the bedroom, living room or kitchen, and honking your horn and blinking your lights in an extremely obnoxious manner. Usually ends up with the homeowner very pissed off.
Annie: "There's nothing to do tonight, do you have any ideas?"
Todd: "We should totally go creeping again, those 2 ladies got super pissed and ran outside"
Annie: "Yeah, creeping sounds good to me"
