Also known as "outside the pants." This is when a person gives a hand job when you are still wearing clothes. Although it works best wearing pants, you may substitute for alternative clothing (i.e. short shorts, biker shorts, capris; etc). You may also substitute hands for feet and penises for vaginas.

Tim: Well how was the movie.
Nick: If by movie you mean an otp handy then it was great. But if you're actually asking about the movie then you're a real doucher.

OTP stands for One True Pairing. Usually used by people in a fandom to say which characters from a fictional universe (video games, anime, etc.) they ship together romantically or think work well together.
Sal's favorite characters are Dan Hibiki and Sakura Kasugano from Street Fighter. He ships them together and they're his OTP. He kicks ass online in Marvel VS. Capcom with them on the team.

To pull = to passionately kiss.
So OTP means looking for one-night stands and stuff.

Stands for One True Pairing. Usually refers to characters from a fictional work, or some kind of entertainment. Basically it means you ship these characters a ton, whether or not they're actually dating.
Person 1: Do you ship Romione?
Person 2: Yeah, but Laurens and Hamilton are my OTP.
