A pleb would be somebody that falls behind, is dumb, or people just say it for fun.

A Pleb is someone who acts dumb and doesn't understand what to do or what is going on

Someone who is insufficient at life itself, who should have never been brought into this world. A person who is incapable at a life function, who usually does not know the meaning of the word.

Someone who has conformed to social norms and does not flow out of them. Not as much of a spec of edginess exists upon them. Most plebs are caught doing things such as: Wearing converse, openly enjoying school, and saying "I like all kinds of music," but in reality only listening to pop.
