Something made up a very long time ago to give the collective idiots of the world something to live for and believe in. Imagine believeing in something that never existed, a fictional "person" that secretly watched your every move and waited to judge you when you died!!! there are alot of fucking atheists here which is a real problem. Anyway the definition of religion is a set of beliefs, values, and practices based on the teachings of a spiritual leader,
eg. Jesus. Christians believe that Jesus is the Son of God and the Christ.
