Short for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Screw - A screw that goes in no matter which way you turn it. Every student who has ever gone to RPI has felt its effects once (usually more than once).

A hip-hop dj from houston texas active threw the 90s known for his imfumas techneque of slowing the tracks of local rappers to 33 1/3 to recreat the effects of drinking codine-promethazine cough syrp known as lean or sysurp the pruferd drug of the houston hip-hop scene screw was known as the king of htown giving the city the name screwston after his death on november 16 2000 of what most people think a codine overdose but really it was a mix of his love for music keeping him from rest for years and a result of his overall drug use alot of people think he was a drug addict with no morels but he was really an artest and a good person he will always be in the hearts of his friends and fans.

chopped and screwed

When a song is screwed, that means it's slowed down a bit. "Chopping" is when you have the record on one turntable, and the same record on another turntable but delayed one beat, then you crossfade between the two for a beat to double up a half-second part. Usually you "chop" on the fourth beat to double up the first beat of the next measure. DJs often use the "flanger" effect on one of the records to make the chops "swoop."

Similar to royally screwed, when one is at the apex of a position that results from a negative problem or situation and appears impossible to change.

Presidentially screwed is much worse.
