Hee Hee Hell is a dismissive term usually uttered by a parent or authoritative figure when happening upon miscreant children or some other form of annoyance.
Mom: I KNOW Ya’ll kids ain’t in there playing in that sink!!”.... Kids (giggling) “HeeHee”.... Mom: HEE HEE HELL!!!....
A state of existential dread produced when you have earned a lot of money from your investments and are afraid of losing it, but you're still a long way off from achieving financial independence and would need to take significant risks to get there.

An illness developed by listening to too much Tally Hall and you begin to see the band in everyday life.
Example of developing Tally Hell syndrome: seeing red, yellow, blue, green and grey binder separators in one space. Reminding you of the band.
Example of mild Tally Hell syndrome: seeing black and white triangles that remind you of the album "good and evil"
Example of medium Tally Hell syndrome: seeing a sign on a school that says "NO WALL BALL" but you read it as "NO WHITE BALL" white ball is a song in the album "hawaii part II"
Example of extreme Tally Hell syndrome: YOU CANT EVEN LOOK AT A BANANA OR SEE BLACK OR WHITE WITHOUT THINKING OF IT YOU'VE GONE COMPLETELY MAD.
This is a chaotic, desperate and dangerous situation.

Used in the same way as "What the Hell?" is used. Variations can be used, e.g. "What in The Nine Hells is that thing?"
However, the origin is not, as he said, Forgotten Realms; it is an allusion made to Dante's Infreno, from the Divine Comedy. In the Divine Comedy, Hell is divided into nine circles, each one representing a different sin or crime.
The nine circles span from Limbo (for those who have committed no great sins, but are not admitted into Heaven because they do not believe in God), to the ninth circle where Satan himself resides (a circle reserved for people who have been treasonous against friends, family, and their nation.)
