The protesters believe that if a man wants to goon in the privacy of his whip then that should be respected.
The phrase "I CANT GOON" is also a nod/reference to George Droid's famous "I CAN'T BREATH!" while in search for fent to power his mk.2 Meta Gates fent reactor. His lack of fent also caused him to power down for good but he wasn't that type of guy. I promise officer.
