Trap metal is a subgenre of hip hop that combines some characteristics from heavy metal such as screaming and distorted sounds (often distorted bass).
The majority of Trap Metal songs contain lyrics about mental health problems (most often antisocial behavior) and the classic gangster lyrics about fucking women, doing drugs and playing with guns and knives.

A Genre of Hardcore music, the bands usually call themselves metal though.
The songs are usually just constant breakdowns at different tempos, this music takes little to no skill to write.
