Everyone is always participating. The goal of suicide olympics is to die in the most ridiciolous way possible or in a way so that you get remembered by your peers.
However there are rules. You cannot kill yourself in order to die. If you do so you are banned form ever participating again.

the "Perfect" Suicide meant to kill everyone who ever knew you; effectively erasing you from existence since no one would have proof of your existence. You would be literally *gone* from concept.
