Fight Stancing is a method of warming up the body for working out. It involves shifting back and forth & left and right at the same time while bobbing in your stance, keeping knees slightly bent, performing the same motions with your arms and head. It is a dance all fighters perform to keep their muscles loose & warm to stay ready for their opponents. It also happens to make a great full body warm-up for any workout. The most passionate fight stancing can be found in fighter video games like Mortal Kombat.

When two alpha males lock eyes with one another in public, exchanging fierce looks of determination, before slowly approaching each other until they are roughly 2-4 inches away from each other.
