Someone who watches porn a lot, too much in some cases. A porn goblin may be secretive about their porn watching habits others may be open about it.

When porn stars describes in what goes into an episode or shoot, such as outfits, accessories, scripts, venues, etc. Things such as STD testing happens beforehand, as well as kinky role plays demanded by the master of the set to "try out" the girls he hired.
As a porn star, I'm expected to describe where I get my nails done a certain color, hair done a certain way, and sex scenes rehearsed before a shoot in a backstage porn episode.
A porn date is when 2 or more people get together to watch porn. A porn dates usually takes place after a discussion of porn collections. Physical attraction does help but is not required. Porn dates may result in sexual touching and/or coitus.
Person 1: "I have weeks worth of porn in my archives."
Person 2: "Wow, we should get together for a porn date and explore each others sexual desires."

While it might be stated, "the Grinch is always naked," implying that all Grinch-related media is Grinch porn, the truth is much bleaker. Grinch Porn is an actual thing, where a dude dressed as the Grinch bumps uglies with a chick in costume as a resident of Whoville.
