If you say that someone is wearing Jesus goggles, you mean that that person has been so on fire for God that they think someone is more sexually attractive because they too have the same level of passion for Jesus instilled in their heart:

The illusion of remembering things from earlier in life in a favorable manner, despite how awful or crappy it really was. Often times, it is the lack of appreciation for quality as a young child to cause this. We grow better taste and judgment as adults, changing our perception of things once liked.

To look at something from a gay person's point of view.

A reference to the fact that because there are so few girls at Kettering University, the few (generally unattractive) girls that there are seem much more attractive than they actually are. Similar to beer goggles.
