When something you see causes your OCD to flare up.
When my coworker isn't efficient enough to post the cards in the computer in a timely manner causing them to stack up it makes my OCD twitch.
1. An insult to someone who keeps telling people to do something they don't need to do.
2. A treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

An obsession with wanting to know everything there is to know about a topic, subject, product, software, game, etc.
Due to my Need to Know OCD I had dozens of browser tabs open while I researched my current medical condition.
