A person who, analogously, kicks over the chess board, and struts around, acting like a winner, when nothing but a mess happened.

That fool really fumbled the presentation, then actually acted as though they saved the day...what a friggin Chess Pigeon.

A style of walking often displayed by gangstas or hoodlums or other such individuals, also, often displayed by young African American males.

Origin: a pigeon walks with a slight head bobble. Similarly, a hoodlum or young African American gentleman may walk with a slight head bobble and add a slight strut to his step.
