A man, or woman, who ruthlessly hijacks or liberates an idea from a well-heeled, intelligent veteran professional. Jackals will liberate ideas moments after you have announced the idea, and somehow spin it to make it look like it was their's.
Mike: I think we should take information a few times a week and have people present their findings at our daily meeting.
Jim: Or, what we could do is at our daily meeting, have people present findings on information pertinent to our business.
Mike: Don't be such a fucking corporate jackal
Jim: Bye now.
A person who drains the life of an organization (time, money, personnel, and reputation) for their own personal gain. To continue feeding, they take credit for the work of others and push any blame or faults onto their peers or subordinates.

the bane of the existence of rat ties; one with a protruding forehead as if to portray a caveman; a person who often drools/ spits when taking oart in common everyday conversation.
That damn corporal phillips keeps getting up in my shit.

Ted Rogers' renaming of the SkyDome to the Rogers Centre was clearly an act of corporate masturbation.

It is said of someone that has been downsized, displaced or severed from a long time corporate career.
Most of the time this results in the loss of stability, identity, structure and community.

Out of the blue he said to me, "We need to find you another job!" That was the beginning of the end of my decades long career with a large corporation and the beginning of a very painful journey as another corporate refugee.
