Holla is a well known term in the "gangster" world meaning Hello or How Do You Do? Front refers to a person or "homies" house or "hang out" spot. Put two together and it simplys means dropping by your friends(homies) house(hang out spot) just to say hello, maybe have a beer and fancy a game of criquette on the tube (television).

Holla Grape is a synonym of the phrase "well done". It can be used in the same situations but it sounds better.
"Hey holla grape to that touchdown"
"How would you like your steak cooked?"
"Oh I'l have it holla grape, thanks"

2. A phrase used towards the opposite sex after something sexual has just been said.
3. Term used to state a blunt want for something.
4. Side comment made to friends to state the implied fact that someone of the opposite sex in your presence is quite attractive
