Playing a game of five on five basketball.

"Hey man what're you doing this afternoon?"
"I'm gonna head over to the gym, they're running fives."

"Yo, you two guys wanna run fives?"
"Sure man we'll run with you."

Fist five

When you can't decide between a fist bump or a high five, you have the fist five. One person offers the five and the other fist bumps.
Or you're too cool for both, so you have a mix!
