girls in polka dots and neon colors with black hair and flirty makeup. abnormally thin boys in womens clothing touching up their own makeup. hair "Eating" their faces..making the poor kids go blind. dinosaurs galore. "like sexx" or "like woah" after every statement. probably a blood brothers obsession, when they know only on or two songs. mixing hardcore and techno (i personally dont see it happening..ever). kids(most of the time under 24, as stated in deffinition #1) who simply try too hard to fit in with the current trend.

Urban dictionary has a catalog of anonymous gloomy scene kids all over it.

scene; the evolution back into childhood. often defined as "happy emo" (which is really oxymoron). lots of scene kids claim to go to many shows, most do. most of them are huge fans of bring me the horizon, which is defined as "hxc" (or, hardcore). they claim to be into all sorts of "hxc" metal music.. but none of them would ever listen to anything like behemoth, which is ridiculous. most everyone has extensions, and they tease their hair to get it as big as they can. lots of hair products. the whole "sxe" thing in the scene is controversial, as it is in every scene. the thing is, people lie. scene kids especially. they pretend to be all straightedge, either to please their friends or friends parents or whatnot, i don't know. but, they pretend. when they are not around their other straightedge friends they get totally shit faced and act like total sluts. that's just what most of them do, i'm sure there are a lot of them that don't do that. the ones that are serious don't have a label like "sxe", they are just "drug free", "slut free". most scene kids these days smoke camel no.9, because the package looks cool.. which, in itself, is what scene is about. they are original in all the unoriginal ways. they will not listen to punk, real metal, oldies but they will claim to. they will wear misfits shirts, even the occasional dead kennedys shirt.. but they don't really listen, seriously. this is truth from inside the scene.

Scene is usually term used for "people who dress in an unorderly fashion" yet scene gets too much hate from people in which have no idea what it means or uses it as a term of "emo"....which it's not emo!! I can't stress enough how badly its bashed yet "scensters" don't back talk anyone else they actually seem to keep to themselves. Preps don't get any critizism from anyone...why? I have no idea they seem to be the haters of scene without even knowing why.
Scene a fashion,culture,lifestyle don't bash it learn to live with it and leave it how it is

Scene is the definition of a wannabe emo who doesn't cut. They have too much time on their hands, and take far too many pictures of themselves.
A quite humorous fact about the background of those of the scene variety is the observation that emos themselves are bad cheap imitations of goths. Which in turn means that "sceenies" as some people call those of the scene "anti-group" are really-really bad cheap imitations of goths.
Many scene losers have backwards mullets which are quite silly looking.
1. 85% of all people that use myspace are "scene"
2. the world would be 85% better were it not for the scene tards.

Perhaps music isn't dead, maybe we just forgot what it sounded like.. While the emphasis on what we experience at a show is continuing to be replaced by the eyes, rather than our ears, the scene will continue to manifest itself beyond any control.. It is simply another example of people being judged for their clothes and image rather than their personality, rise above it if you can!
a guy i know wanted to get an XloyaltyX tattoo for his straightedge commitment the other day, until i reminded him hed already broken it 4 times.. scene kids eh?

The scene: is something we live, a community of people that are united in loyalty, trust and common tastes.
lets justify being scene, for all you kids. im sick of being bashed on for the way we choose to live our lives by jelous people.
1. yes we have good fashion sense. guys do have lush hair, and girls do like baby bows and choppy hair. and we do vintage shop find rad clothes and add our own style to them. and alot of us do gauge our ears. atleast we put effort into how we appear. and yes we prefur to be skinny. everything fits that way.
2. yes were good in photgraphy. the crazy angles we take pictures from make our photos not so boring. we do have cool facial expressions and poses. it defines us.
3. we do use the local scene not only to hear raw music and dance, but also to hang out in the setting WE BELONG IN. and choose to be in. like other kids would go to the mall or a sport or something.
4. we do have our groups and ranks within the scene. its not like were gangs and hate other groups. there the people were closest to, like family. and the ranks just depend on how much respect you have from your peers. dont bash on us for that. and yes when new people come to our shows we do size them up to see what there all about.
5. when we say, "im so rad" "im So scene" Im Cooler then you kay?" and other stuff. its usually sarcastic. you know haha funny. but douche bags take what we say seriously because thats how they want to hear it.
6.we dont call ourselves "scene kids" people Label Us That Way.
7. we know who we are. were not just fallowing a trend. the scene isnt a trend its a way of life. and we keep it alive.
8. we do judge everyone, and pin a stereo-type to you and then stick you with the others. im just glad our stereo-type is rad and not some lame difinition.
9. we like it that people are jelous(hate) us.
10. theres a difference between "scenekids" and hardcore kids.
BTW: we Are Cocky, and if you have a bad attidude towards us. were going to have the same towards you. We Do Know Were Better Then alot of people out there, people Just Dont Realize It, Because they Have No Idea What were About. and there to thick headed to learn or try to understand. we have futures. So Fuck Off Kay? thnx.
so to sum it all up, we know what good music is. we know fashion. and we have beautiful hair. deal with it.
your way of atacking us over an online dictionary is not only pointless, becouse what people say about us doesnt faze us, but its also immature, uncool and it shows how jelous they really are. and that we are better then them, because we dont say bad things about the way they choose to live there lives. we have better things to do.
