The coupe and hatchback are compact cars, while the sedan, while still considered a compact car, the EPA considers it a midsize car due to the impressive amount of interior space. There are two engine choices. The K20 is a reliable engine, though the L15, while fuel efficient and can get a 0 to 60 in just six and a half seconds, has an issue with oil mixing with gasoline. The CVT is also alright, though the car is definitely more fun to drive with the six speed manual.
The tenth generation Honda Civic is a great car, though I wished it had an automatic instead of the CVT like the Mazda 3.
