If you want to make detailed strokes on your painting, just dip the tip!
Tip-maxing is a form of self-pleasure sometimes performed by men who wish to isolate their feelings of arousal to the tip of their penis. It is performed by rubbing a thumb over the meatus for a prolonged period of time.
