"Yes high" is the feeling when you're pretty stoned and your response to the question "How high are you?" is a simple "Yes."
Example 1:
Person 1: "How high are you?"
Person 2: "Yes."
Example 2:
Person 1: "You're fucking yes high right now, dude."
