A friend who doesn't get high, but comes along so when you get high, they can watch your back and you don't do anything stupid. Also they can supply entertainment that makes sense, because they're not high. And they get the food when you get the munchies.

The effects from usually a over the counter drug like Dxm(cough syrup), or Benadryl. Somewhere between euphoria and a gritty sense of depersonalization.
As much as it hurts my stomach, I like delsym. You learn to enjoy the “dirty high”
