Bitch means Female Dog. It's usually used as an offensive swear, though, (and apparently that means if you call someone a bitch, they're a female dog).
Person1: What's the dog's gender?
Person2: She's a bitch.
Person1: RUDE!
Person2: Um, Bitch means female dog.
