They usualy attract alot of attention from common folk and the cops but this will always be one bad ass vehical

Shoes which look great in the shops but walking around in can be painful. Therefore they are good only for going from a car (ie Taxi) directly to the bar, hence "car to bar" Having to walk around from the subway or so is murder.
Those stilettos are great, but they are strictly car to bar shoes.
