Karen is a vindictive women who harassed her house builder because she thinks she knows how to build houses, googles webmd and thinks she can diagnose and treat every medical problem, and hates creamer in her coffee.
This stereotype is so complex it needs a checklist so here we go.

•goes to ALL her kids soccer games
kids dying constantly due to not being vaxxed
•if it's a wacky belief then she bandwagons on for attention
I saw Karen at the KFC. She would not stop screaming at that kid!

Karen is one of the best friends you could have, she's always easy to make happy with some stupid jokes or even some food (hamburgers or coffee). She's always down to chitchat or to gossip with her friends about any topic. Sometimes she can be very sentimental but you can cheer her up pretty easily. If you are up to help her, she'll be up to help you too. She usually knows when something is wrong, so you should listen to them more frequently.
Girl 1: Who is that?
Girl 2: That's Karen, my best friend

Slang term in English speaking countries for a person who presents as a middle-aged female demanding to speak to the manager, or who otherwise complains about trivial shit. Karen is annoying and she usually operates from a position of bitter entitlement. The positive side of Karen is that she has a suppressed, raging sex drive that leads her to act out disgusting, depraved fantasies until her filthy needs are satisfied. So the next time you see a Karen blathering to the manager about how the checkout lines are inappropriately staffed, just know she's in a hurry to get to a gangbang with homeless dudes at a shitty motel on the outskirts of town and she doesn't want to be late.
