A chop is the action of selling someone some sort of drug, be it weed, LSD, heroin or coke.

A rather large hand rolled, blunt. Typically a cigar is unrolled, emptied, and refilled with marijuana and resealed. Commonly used cigars would include backwoods, swisher sweets or black and milds.
