As part of the "War on Poverty" the President has deployed Fighters to bomb the projects.

Sexual in nature, this term can be used to refer to a woman with an entire limb missing. Most commonly used to describe a woman with both legs missing, a war veteran could also just be missing a single limb, or a combination of arm(s) and/or leg(s).
