This word is used to express excitement or joyfullness. It is also used when somebody throws something and they say: "yeet!" It's usually used by people around the age 10-20 but people outside this age range may sometimes use the word.
So, if someone said: "Hey everyone, yeet!" This would mean that they're happy!
An old meme back when vine was still alive (around 2013) when you’d threw someone really far.
