When one waits till their partner is sleeping, then sneaks in to motorboat them. Works better with a female partner, but can be deemed acceptable if you swing the other way as well.

I snuck into her room like a Navy Seal, and proceeded to motorboat her in her sleep. I gave her a Seal Boat.

"rocking the boat" means stirring up trouble. To rock the boat means to disrupt things, promote disharmony, make waves, pick a fight, causing trouble, disagreement...

On a boat, if you rock it or cause waves it can go over and I think that is where the saying comes from.

I'm not a trouble-maker. He told me about rocking the boat when I apologized to him. But he was the one who yelled at me for something that wasn't his business.

One man told me, "You can rock the boat all you want." when we got into an argument.

It's not the right time to "rock the boat". We still have to wait proper time.

To be beaten very badly at something, especially in such a fashion that you were behind from the start and never had a chance. Comes from the Boat Race, an annual rowing competition between Oxford and Cambridge, in which the first side to get ahead can move to the middle of the river (where the current is fastest) and is almost never overtaken thereafter.
