A phrase used to describe something that's sold at a discounted price. When you buy something at a "crackhead price", you're buying it cheaper than it would normally be.
It's called a crackhead price because crackheads go around selling goods a prices way cheaper than the actual value of the goods that way they can get a quick sale and buy some more crack.

crack head hours: normally between the hours of 11:30 pm to 5:30 am. These are the times you and your friends turn into absolute crackheads without actual crack or any other drug for that matter.
It can happen in real life, over text, or over video. Most times is something sexual and might end with you sending a picture of your cleavage to your two closest friends. I love crackhead hours and so should you.
