Glen Ellyn true is a snobby rich subarnite town, and yeah the cops are kind of crazy and yell at people because they walk around in the streets but who knows, there are some crazy emo kids here though, but then preps are in control and glenbard West now has no money, so i recommend you don't move here.
me: I'm moving to Glen Ellyn
woman: Wow did you get alot of money Glen Ellyn is soo expensive

Also known as The Glen. A part of Hamden, Connecticut that is separated into 2 sides by Whitney Avenue. There is the dollar side where all of the rich people live and then there is the 50 cent side, nickel side or the west glen where the middle class lives. Many teenagers in spring glen are permanently high and drunk and when necessary buy alcohol from oxy-cotton addicted homeless men that wander the bike trail that cuts through the neighborhood. The 50 cent side boys are known around the town to be the crazy kids who are always getting in fights with whoever is stupid enough to start with them and rarely losing, for the most part they are thought of as scumbags by the people from the dollar side and from the rest of the town. The dollar side children mostly go to private or catholic schools while the children from the 50 side generally go to public schools. In the glen the teenagers pride themselves on who has the best bud(weed), who can drink the most and who is the craziest. The Glen is known for its weed, if you live there you will know at least 5 drug dealers from your neighborhood and a lot more from the ghetto and you will have started smoking as soon as you get to middle school. Everyone from Spring Glen knows each other and loves the neighborhood and all of the kids and teenagers from all over town go there to hangout. The Glenmen run the high school and every party they go to. Overall Spring Glen is the best neighborhood in the world and that is why a lot of the people that are born there move back when they get the chance.

When someone is so excited/surprised that their eyes/eye pops out of their head.
On Christmas morning my kids were pulling a Glen when they saw a puppy under the tree.

Glen Cocoa was a guy in the movie Mean Girls but only in one scene. He was the kid that received 4 candy canes from the Santa when Cady received one from "Regina" and Gretchen got none.
scene: <Damien dressed as Santa walks in> "hmmm, we have some candy canes here. 1 for Cady Heron, 4 for Glen Cocoa...YOU GO GLEN COCOA!...and none for Gretchen Weiners."

i live in glen ellyn and must say 90% of the people here are totally spoiled and stuck up. there are a few exception though like me and my gf. the best part about glen ellyn is just walking around cant get you arrested. trust me i know. GH!

Ah,Glen Arm. The land of tractors, farmers and a whole lot of nothing. If you're looking for a good time, keep searching because the most you will find out here along glen arm road is flat land with an occasional house thrown into the mix. Just a short ride to places like jacksonville, pheonix, and baldwin...not that these places contain much more excitement than glen arm itself. But then again, what would we do without our red-neck tractor driving farmers to give us a wave as we drive by?
glen arm = boredom.
