Psycho student refers to a group of students whom mentality is not fully developed; they don't know what are the right ways to react other people's actions. For example, a small group of students are talking too loud in a class, the psycho students wouldn't tell them directly to shut up, they prefer to use they own ways to deliver the message, such as they would cough, making funny sound to "tell" them to shut up.
A student A asking student B: "Why is the guy sitting behind me always tapping the desk?". Student B: "Don't worry, he's a psycho student, this is how he react".
A rare and scary people out to get the world with their minions. Sometimes will tell very many lies in order to gain followers and try to take over the world. That one person you know that creeps you out, but you're not sure what to think of them. The one that seems nice at first, but then gets inside your head and eats away at you until you become just a crazy as them.
The one person that one day will go ballistic.

When a person texts another person over and over and over again in a psycho manner, generally occurs when the person doesn't want to talk to the person texting. A form of blowing up someones phone text style.
