1) Old fashioned term from British English asking agreement.

2) Term for anal sex usable in polite situations. (Taken from a South park sketch in which a character sings "What what? In the butt."

Used to verify sincerity/truth. shortened version of questioning statements one might place on something dear to them. Like I bet on my mothers grave, I'm telling the truth.

Its also common that "what=?" will be replied to the previous "what=?"

Roughly equates to "so what". Can also mean absolutely nothing, depending on the context.

Context usually found in England, or at least London, is during the build-up to a fight in order to start something.
