A shirt, whether it be a tee shirt or button up shirt with the sleeves cut off. Normally worn by the inhabitants of a very small community in the great northern Wisconsin region. Typically worn with shorts as the weather is usually warm in the summer and sometimes worn with some gay looking leather sandals and a baseball cap worn backwards.

A colorado tux is a blue blazer over a button down long sleeved oxford shirt on top, and jeans and cowboy boots beneath that.
The blue blazer can come from any department store; the oxford has to be 100% cotton, and pressed; ideally the jeans would be Wrangler, because that's what real Colorado cowboys wear; and the cowboy boots have to be pointy, and can't be one of those new fangled pairs with laces.
It can be accessorized with a wide brown leather belt, hopefully with leather stitching along the edges, and with a big shiny rodeo belt buckle. A cowboy hat of any kind is also a good accessory.
At the opera in Denver: "Look at all the Colorado tuxedos. That's about as nice as people dress around here."

Disgustingly unfashionable clothing worn by Canadians or blue-collar Americans. They usually refer to one of the two...
1) Denim on denim. A jean jacket with a matching pair of jeans.
2) A plaid button-down shirt and a pair of dickies.
Like the guido tuxedo (tracksuit shananigans), these clothes aren't suited for anything other than a casual party. Unlike the guido tuxedo, a Canadian tuxedo isn't really suited for a casual party either.
