Blatent over-crowdedness, whether it's people, cars on the road, etc.
I tried for 20 minutes to get a drink, but the bar was a total cluster fuck.

A cluster offender is a person who has an incredible ability to offend a large mass of people at the same time usually without any knowledge of what they're doing.
This can often be observed at important gatherings such as parties, weddings and funerals.
(At a wedding)

A group of carts left in a certain area that is not the designated spot for carts to be returned to. This is found in places with many people like supermarkets.
Person 1: We're going to be late to the party.
Person 2: Don't take the cart all the way back to the store. Just push it in the cart cluster.

the definition for a crusty cluster is when you take a shit and day after day you dont wipe your arse it builds up and the shit build up is considered a crusty cluster ie a build up of old feocal matter
