TERA Online

The Exiled Realm of Arborea (TERA Online or short TERA) is a P2P (Pay to Play) MMORPG created by Bluehole Studio.

Since it's first release in Korea it already has many fans, due to it's awesome graphics and features. For the breathtaking graphics, TERA uses the Unreal Engine 3.

The game itself can be compared with many other famous MMORPGs, like Lineage 2, World of Warcraft and Aion.

But the probably most important feature of the game is the interactive battle system.

Players can use their mouse to create own attack combinations and the keyboard for moving (W,A,S,D) and using skills.

The game can also be played with a compatible controller.

TERA also has an open and free world to explore (Feature known from World of Warcraft or Lineage 2) and a completely new political system.

With development expenses of more than 32 million €, TERA is the second most expensive MMORPG created so far.

In TERA you can chose between 7 races and 8 classes.

This MMORPG will be new in the western market, and probably become more favored than older MMORPGs like World of Warcraft.

The monthly costs to play the game are not yet finalized.

Announced Release Dates:
25 January 2011 in Korea
29 Juli 2011 in Japan
3 May 2012 in Europe
1 May 2012 in North America

GameSpy (E3 2011):
'(...) In TERA Online your skills and powers shoot wherever your targeting cursor happens to be pointed at the time, as opposed to the genre's traditional lock-on combat mechanic. (...)'

Silkroad Online

An MMORPG which has unique controls but are easy to get used to. People who haven't played other MMORPGs will catch on to this very fast. It is very addicting but gets very repetitive as you go on to higher levels. The game is free forever and has an option to buy items for real money in the game. Such as a pet or a double experience ticket. You will find leveling up much harder and longer in this game then almost any other, but it pays off.

Since it takes a very long time to level up, people have started to make 'bot' programs that play for you. You will not have to do anything while this levels you up. Joymax has started to ban anyone they catch doing this permanently. Before sroBot went pay-to-use, more then 70% of Silkroad users had used a bot. (or at least it is rumored, no actual evidence to support that). Since it is pay now, much less people bot now.

Joymax, the creators of Silkroad Online, are a Korean based company. This is just one of the many free MMORPGs from South Korea but one of the best by far.

The servers which are currently implemented in the game are
(from oldest to newest)

Xian (First Server)
Aege
Troy
Athens
Oasis
Venice (Newest Server)

Chronically Online

A person who applies trends or viewpoints
originating or only found in certain internet social circles to real life people/ situations outside of that internet circle.

Often times such behavior would be considered

inappropriate or odd to say or do in real life or outside of that social circle. These people usually aren't aware of their inappropriate behavior due to the fact they lack experience interacting with people outside of their internet social circles.

These trends include things like online social
politics or social justice, frequent reference and overuse of certian terms and language that aren't said outside of the internet, jokes that may make someone feel uncomfortable, inaccurate mental health evaluations, etc.

Example 1: "Actually I identify as a cat and my pronouns are kitty/kittyself and if you call me anything else you're transphobic."

Ex 2: "I just know it's bubblegum pink." "Can you
whimper?"

Ex 3: "Bro I tried to rizz her up like I saw on TikTok
but she said looked at me weird I don't know what I did wrong."

"You are hella chronically online man."
