This is 'code' for "I'm going to the Beach and can't let anyone know why I'm not signed onto Sametime".
Sorry, there is a Power Surge in Puerto Rico, I got kicked off Sametime because of a power surge. Really, bad thunderstorm here in sunny Puerto Rico, Google it.
This is what you may say when you are going to the beach instead of working.

1. when you quickly shoot out a bunch of skiunny little guys out of your butthole and they are all floating around like chicken with their heads cut off and while you did so, water splashed all upon your ass.

6. however when you do take your pants off, this is called, "doing the no pants dance"
7. lastly, when you and your poop buddy have to poop, you say "we have to have a meeting".

A few guys get together. They start drinking some kind of alcohol in small glasses (preferably hard alcohol). They throw on a cheesy DVD and don't really watch it but talk through it. If they see something good in the dvd, one or all of them yell out, "Ah Puerto Rico...uh ohhhhhh!!" and then drink.
