v. the act of using the famous breakfast dish "waffle" as a curse word, like "damn" or a "eff you" kind of version.

Instead of saying "You f*king piece of dipsh*t!" you can say "You waffling pancake head!"

a word which when shouted, allows the user to rape someone without legal charges as specified by the waffle act, since this word gives you automatic consent. Now synonymous with the act of rapage itself.
Invented circa 2008 at the University of Warwick.

Rob: Did you know it's not rape if you shout out "SURPRISE!"
Dan: It works with WAFFLE! too y'no
Rob: Really?
Dan: Yeah, watch WAFFLE!

an ugly person or place or thing. it's another way of calling someone ugly, maybe if they're in close proximity to you. comes from the term uggo which sounds like eggo, which is a waffle.

Rambling speech composed of waffle. The act of speaking (often at length and employing 'big' words) in a manner that reveals a lack of knowledge, an inability to properly explain, or an unwillingness to be speaking. Characterised by a waffle, -full of holes.

Lecturer: The propensity of water to fall off a ducks back says a lot about the nature of said duck, that is to say that the water falls off of its back.
Student: He's waffling again.
